Topic - Today, we will all participate in the whole school Gruffalo challenge. Follow the youtube tutorial on Google Classroom to produce a lovely Gruffalo! Then, why not get creative and make yours unique? Here is my attempt: 

My Gruffalo is called Sam. Sam isn't a boy or a girl Gruffalo.  When we talk about Sam, instead of saying 'he' or 'she' we can say 'they'. Instead  of saying 'his' or 'hers' we can say 'theirs'. Instead of saying  'him' or 'her' we can say 'them'.  Why don't you practise saying some sentences about Sam? e.g. "They have a poisonous wart at the end of their nose."

Spellings - When we are spelling, we don't always get it right the first time. That's why it's important to 'have a go'. Watch the video of me having a go at spelling and then make yourself a 'have a go' sheet.

Yousef has started telling his with shadow puppets! I love the different voices you used for your characters, Yousef. I can't wait for the next part of the story!! 

English - It is time to tell the next part of the story. I would like you to tell up to the part where the heroes march across the bridge to rescue Sita. Tomorrow, you will tell the end of the story!
