​Our new topic is all about animals and...us! We will looking at the animals we have as pets - and how we care for them. We will think about the role of vets and how they help animals, and also of animal shelters. We'll be taking a closer look at some of the animals we use for every day things, such as the bees that work to make our honey, the sheep that provide our wool and the birds that lay our eggs.

This week we're going to explore all about taking care of pets at home - particularly cats and dogs.

​I asked my friend Amanda if she would share with you how she takes care of her new puppy, Chester. She was very excited to tell you all about him!

​Think carefully about what you have learnt from Amanda about caring for a puppy or dog.

You do not need to write the answers to these questions. Just tell your grown up the answer -  you can video some of your answers if you like. I would love to hear about what you have learnt :)
