Challenge time- Who can make the best den?What's a den? I hear you cry. A den is somewhere that you can sit and read or sleep - any activities really! You can use things around your home to make it. For example using two chairs and a sheet draped over the top, using the table and putting a cloth over it. Look at the pictures below for ideas.

Circle Time
Everything is a bit strange at the moment but remember it is important to talk about how we are feeling. If you feel in the blue zone a lot please speak to me or a trusted adult. Talking about what is making you sad can make you feel better!
Lets get started with circle time.

I am proud of myself this week because.....
Circle time this week is about reflecting on your week. While you reflect I want to remind you of the expectations we have for google classroom:
- Joining on time
- Getting your resources ready before the session begins
- Being dressed (no pyjamas!)
- Focusing during the sessions
- Having headphones if you are in a noisy environment
-Finding a quiet place to do your best learning

My green for growth is that I need to remember to speak a bit slower during my live sessions.

Things are very different at the moment and because of this we might feel a bit in the blue, red or yellow zone. This is completely normal- we might be sad to not be in school, missing our friends, bored of being inside or worried about everything that is going on at the moment.
Your task today is to look at Emily's ELSA blog. She is asking you to think about ways you can get yourself into the green zone. Have a think and note some down- for example go for a walk, take deep breaths, do some exercise, read a book give a family member a hug and many more.
