​We have begun to explore our key text this term. It is a fantastic story book called 'A Brave Bear' written by Sean Taylor and illustrated by Emily Hughes.

(We have only just started the book and will not finish it for a week or two...please don't read the book as we don't want to know what happens yet!)

​In order to immerse ourselves in the story we are undertaking some research...

This weekend, see what you can find out about brown bears. You may want to think about these questions (but you don't have to answer them all!)

Where do they live? What's it like there?

What do they eat? How do they catch their food?

Do bears have cubs? How do they look after them?
