Today is an exciting day as we are starting Artburst, the timetable is a bit different but I hope you are looking forward to it! You will find the link to the zoom session on your group's page on Google Classroom.

Reading

Your reading has been set up on Purple Mash, you should complete it every day.

Spelling

We are continuing our work about suffixes today.

You will need to do your spelling in the afternoon today as we will have Artburst activities in the morning.

Artburst Warm Up

Just before our first session at 10am, watch and do this warm up video.

Live Lesson 1

Session 1 will be an introductory session where we get to know each other a little bit, do some drama games with Daisy and a little bit of art with Lucy! 
You should make sure you have some water to drink, comfy clothes and some space to move around as we’ll doing some drama exercises on our feet. 
At the end of the session Lucy will set the art activities to complete before we start again at 12:00.

Live Lesson 2

Session 2 will start by sharing the work from independent learning, then we will focus on making our play and becoming familiar with the story. We will be reading the plot of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory together and then having a brainstorm of ideas of what we might like to include in our play. 

Afternoon  Learning - PE

It is really important we stay fit and healthy, even if we can't go out of the house. We are going to do some PE with Joe today.
