Good Morning Everybody! I hope you are feeling happy :) I have seen some of your amazing work on Purple Mash , I am so pleased you're having fun with your learning! It is also amazing how much the home learning blogs are inspiring you to be creative in most subjects! The teachers are creating fabulous blogs for you all! Today I have another activity for you to do! Mindfulness Mantra Cards! What is a 'mantra' you may ask: a word or phrase that is often repeated and expresses a particular strong belief. I would like you to create some of your own 'Mindfulness Mantra' cards! What is your superpower? What can you do? What message would you like to say to yourself to give you more self belief? The positive message on your card could be put up on display in your bedroom or used as a bookmark to remind you of how amazing you are and to remind you to accept a mistake and move on. It is important to have strong self belief and to be kind to our own mind. Having a 'mantra' is good to use when you may be feeling a bit down or stressed. You might even want to start your day by saying your mantra! Repeating the mantra can help you think more positively when you need to have a personal minute to calm down.
