Thank you for all your lovely work handed in! I have uploaded them onto purple mash so that you can all see! Keep sending them in to email@example.com
Take a look at the work sent in by Aqilah and Kalid and Quinell!
How did you get on with the maths? Remember you can use purple mash to discuss your ideas like you would in class! This next problem is great! Take a look!
How can we solve this? Let's look at what we already know.
1. On one side there are 5 barrels and a 7kg weight.
2. On the other side there are 3 barrels, a 7 kg weight, two 12kg weights and a 2kg weight.
3. They both weigh equally
4. Both sides start with three barrels at the bottom. They both have 7kg weights.
5. We have two barrels extra on one side and then a total of 26kg on the other.
I hope this will guide you to working out the weight of one barrel! If you need help begin a post on purple mash- we can discuss it together!
If you manage to solve it, create a new one for us to try! You can send it in to me or upload it on purple mash. Good Luck!
Thats it for today! I hope you enjoy your day of learning and remember to hand in any work! I can't wait to see the work you have completed! Have a great day!
