I have really enjoyed the work on Malala. She is a true inspiration to me. One of her most famous moments was when she gave a speech at the age of 16 in front of the united nations. Here is part of the speech for you to watch:

Let's think about the importance of girls going to school... What are the benefits of girls going to school? Why do you think some girls around world miss out on going to school? Write a speech about why girls have a right to an education. Use the plan to help you write your ideas then have a go at creating your speech! Some sentence stems are there to help you... What an amazing impact Malala has made to the world and she continues to fight for more change. Create a poster about the differences Malala has made. The poster can be aimed at children in our school. Remember to use: Bold, bright colours. Short facts about who she is. What change did she make?
