There has been some great learning handed in so thank you! I like how you are beginning to upload onto purple mash and discuss your work! Keep it up!
We also had great work sent in by Aman. Read his diary entry.. it's great!
To complete our work on the 'Horse of Troy' I want us to become hungry journalists from Troy and report the tragic events of that night. Let's recap on what the features of a newspaper are:
You can download this document here and write in this template to help you.
Here is an example of one you can read. Be creative and remember to the reader the information about what happened that night!
*If you are feeling very creative why not try and write in the eyes of a Spartan journalist - how will it be different from the Trojans? What kind of voice will you use?
This might take a few days to write so take your time and send it in when you have finished.
For maths today let's try these problems from the White Rose Maths site! I like how you are using your number facts and key strategies to help you.
These a great ones to start with!
Read the questions carefully and decide on which operations you will need to use. Work systematically and take one step at a time to solve them. You can discuss it on purple mash if you want support from your friends.
Can you create a leaflet about the month of Ramadan.
Here are some things you could include:
*When does Ramadan start and finish?
*What do people do during the month of Ramadan?
*How do different people celebrate this month around the world?
*What advise would you give to someone fasting during this month?
*What is Eid? How is it celebrated?
Send in your leaflets or create them on purple mash on the leaflet template! I look forward to seeing them!
