Good Morning Year 5,
I hope you had a great weekend. This is the first of a series of holiday posts. As we are all holidaying at home this Easter, I wanted to suggest ways to keep you entertained, having fun and being active. When I think of something interesting for you to do with your day, I will post it here.
So for my first challenge I thought it would good for you guys to have a go at learning a language. Duolingo is totally free and they have loads of languages to choose from. All you have to do is choose a language and get started straight away. You could get ahead with your Spanish, test me with Greek or choose something totally new. You can add as many languages as you want and learn in your own time. Let me know which language you have chosen and what you have learnt as you go.
For something a bit active, I know a lot of you have been following Joe Wicks' P.E. How about learning a dance with Oti Mabuse. She is professional dancer and is offering free dance lessons every day at 11.30am on her youtube channel.
Here is an old one to get you started but try to tune in every day and see what she has planned for you guys. Dance is a great way to keep active at home.
Have fun and enjoy. Theo :)
