Aloha Year 5!
What did you find out about reincarnation? Let me know on Purple Mash. You could even create a poster with a blank poster app using those key words.
Just to keep reminding you all, I will be trying to call you all once a week to catch up. I have tried to call everyone but it can be hard to get through. So let your parents know to look out for my call and please pick up. Try to have a think about what you might ask me or what you want to talk about. Again, it was lovely chatting to everyone on the phone yesterday. A special thank you to Yahya. We had such a great chat. He loads to say and ask, it was brilliant! I hope I get to speak to you all like that soon.

I would like you to gather your family together this afternoon for a family circle time. Explain to them how circle time works. Explain how it is different from P4C. I would like you to start it off with a game. Try to use one we have done in class. Then I would like you to explore how every one is feeling at the moment. Use 'I feel' as a sentence starter. Then I want you to come up with a list of the best and worst things about the lockdown/isolation. At the end of the circle time I want you to ask 'what does each person appreciate the most in the world'. Has that changed since lockdown? Let me know your thoughts and findings on Purple Mash!!
Ok guys, that is everything I have for you this week. I hope you have enjoyed our first week of summer term and getting stuck into our new topic. We have lots more learning to come. Enjoy the sunshine, exercise, draw, play, cook, spend time with your family, read and do things that get you off the computer screen!! Have a great Friday and an amazing weekend Year 5! Check back on Monday! Theo :)
