School Closure

Hi Year 5,

As you would have heard, our school has been shut to help protect the NHS and for the time being we will be learning online.  Every day I will expect you to log into Google Classroom to join our live lessons. We will have 2 live whole class lessons every day. One literacy and one maths. I will set work after the lesson for you to do and to hand in to me. Please make sure you join every lesson and do all the work. I will have to contact your families if you have not been attending. I will also set some work for the afternoon but there will be no live whole class lesson. During the afternoon, I will have live sessions with small groups of you to give you guys some extra support. Emily and Anneka will do these extra support sessions too.

Online learning will be begin on Thursday. I do not have a timetable yet but I will post one as soon as I have one.

Ask your parents to email me at - [email protected] if you are having any problems with your internet, devices or log in details. We will support you. Please contact me on our Google Classroom stream if you have any questions. 

I hope to see you all back in class very soon but until then stay safe and don't forget to be on time for all our lessons :)
