Welcome to today's learning. How is your week going? Here is today's Wellbeing Wednesday task. English - WritingHow did you get on with planning the appearance of your character yesterday? We're excited to see how your characters develop and what happens to them in your story. Today we are going to do a similar task to Monday, you are going to think about the personality of a second character. This character is going to be someone who is able to solve problems. For example, if the person you created on Monday keeps dropping toast on the floor of the kitchen, today's character will come up with a solution or if Monday's character is someone who got lost in the Amazon rainforest, then today's character will have the personality to solve the situation and help them get out. Draw an outline of your new character, just like you did on Monday, and fill it with examples of this new character's personality. It would be great if you started sharing information about your characters on the Creative Writing blog on Purple Mash. English - ReadingToday we're at Chapter 8 of The Ickabog, it's the Day of Petition when people are granted an audience with King Fred. On this day you can ask her to fix any three things that are wrong in your country, local area, home or anywhere on the planet. What are your three wishes?
