Firstly thank you to every who has posted in the purple mash blog! It is so nice to hear from you.
It's nice to try lots of different ways to be active - today I would like you to have a go at YOGA! Yoga helps you to develop strong muscles in your tummy it also gives all your other muscles in your body a good work out. It is a really good way to clear your mind of all other thoughts.
Reading - Find your favourite space to read and read for pleasure for half an hour. (Noureddine can do his touch typing as well as reading)
Maths Yesterday I asked you to complete these following number sentences - I am going to show you the startegy that you should have used and what the answers should have been. (I am putting different number sentences for Noureddine to have a go at.
122 - 95 = ( 120 - 90 =)
17 ÷ 5 = (15 ÷ 5 =)
2 x 18 = ( 2 x 20 )
Use the above strategies to have a go at these number sentences.
18 + 27 =
131 - 86 = ( 110 -20 =)
21 ÷ 5 = (18 ÷ 3 =)
3 x 21 = ( 3 x 20 =)
