So we have learnt that the old man lives alone in a house alone which is near nowhere and close to forgotten.
What do you think this means? Near nowhere?
Close to forgotten? What does it show us that it is nearly forgotten?
Imagine that you are interviewing the old - what questions would you ask him?
Use the question starters what, why, when where and remember to put a question mark on the end of your questions.

Once you have worked out the smallest possible answer can you find the largest possible answer?
Today we will learn about biomes.
To start off with what is a biome?
Biomes are areas of our planet with similar climates , landscapes , animals and plants .
Have a look at the website below :
Watch the video and have a go at the matching game.
After this split your homework book in half and draw 2 different biomes with different weather and animals.
One of the biomes must be a rainforest. What do you know about rainforests? You may want to look back at your rainforest drawing that you did in literacy.
The other bimoe that you choose is up to you! For example you may want to draw a dessert.
