I know that these are worrying times for you all. Here is a booklet (click on the word 'booklet' to go to the booklet itself) to help you to understand what COVID-19 is, talk it through with your family.
What are your worries? What helps you feel calm and relaxed? It could be reading a book, talking to your mum, playing, colouring etc.
Draw and label some of the things that help you to feel calm and keep them up on the wall, so you can use them when you are feeling anxious.
