​I have been to many competitions and felt  overwhelmed by Virginia's spirit and performance,but today I am utterly speechless.
Our Year 5/6 Girls Kwik-Cricket stormed all the way through their matches at the London Youth Games and finished in 3rd place taking home bronze medals.  Out of 6 matches, starting in the group stage all the way to the semi finals, they won 5. They worked as a team and performed with such drive and passion. 
Every single one of them brought something to the team and made it a day to remember. I am so proud that not only did we get asked to represent Tower Hamlets, we are now titled as the 3rd best Year 5/6 Girls Kwik- Cricket Team in LONDON!!!

The London Youth Games is Europe's largest youth sports festival.  It is now a season of events taking place over 9 months including both School and Community Competitions across 30 different sports.
