Maths
Watch this video to practise counting, and then recap our doubling 'Learn-Its'.
Choose a challenge below. How will you solve the problems? Can you use your doubling Learn-Its? Maybe you'll draw out the problem, or find objects to help you count.
Fine motor skills challenges
Fine motor skills involve the use of the small muscles that control the hand, fingers, and thumb. They help children perform important tasks like feeding themselves, grasping toys, buttoning and zipping clothes, writing, drawing, and more! The ability to complete self-care and every day tasks helps a child’s self esteem and confidence to increase. This is why we will be posting a variety of fine motor skills challenges to the blog for the children to complete at home!
Story time with Barbara
