Handwriting
Think carefully about the letters b and d. They look similar and can sometimes be confusing! It sometimes helps me to think about the shape of a bed! This is because the word bed can actually look like a bed! If you get them confused when reading or writing, maybe you could print out this picture, or draw it, to put on your wall.
Practise forming the letters b and d correctly using these sheets below. Make sure you start your letters in the correct place! You could even try the colouring activity to really help you remember b and d!
For maths, try this 'one more, one less' activity.
You may need to ask an adult to draw out the sweets if you don't have a printer!
It's a bit of a challenge as you have to think changing between using the two different skills.
Make sure you're confident at both skills on their own first! You may want change the activity so you are just focusing on one, like this. Comments are closed.
