For your learning today recap the sounds you find it tricky to remember using espresso. Watch the videos and complete the activities. https://central.espresso.co.uk/espresso/primary_uk/subject/module/frontscreen/item62767/gradef/index.html Treasure Hunt Work with a grown up to create a Treasure Hunt in your home. What will be the Treasure at the end? You decide! Maybe you'll make something? Or create a picture? Or maybe you could write a letter... For your maths learning today, and over half term, think about teen numbers! Practise counting from 10 to 20, and counting back down from 20 to 10. Use your 1 - 20 number cards to order the teen numbers everyday!
Here is our phonics session today.
Make sure you take a photo of your learning, ready to talk through with your key adult! Learn-its! Practise your Learn-its below! Do you know them off by heart?
Follow this link to make your own patterns!

Ordering cups! Today you will need to ask a grown up to help you set up the cup challenge - and then ask you questions!
What you will need
Important vocabulary: full, half full, empty, nearly full, nearly empty - maybe you could have a go at writing these down on some cards. Questions for an adult to ask you get you thinking! Can you make one cup empty? Can you find the full cup? Which cup has the most in it? Can you make one cup nearly full? Can you make one cup nearly empty? Can you order all the cups from empty to full? Can you order the cups from full to empty? Can you find the cup that is half full? Can you add another two cups? What would happen if we had two cups that were half full, and then poured them into the same cup? Story time Here is a puppet show of 'I WANT MY HAT BACK' by the amazing Little Angel Theatre - I hope you enjoy it! Dear Virginia pupils,
We need your help!! In conjunction with Liveable Streets Bethnal Green, we would like you to make a short video to say what you are looking forward to when changes are made in the area. This could be centred around one of the following themes:
**Your videos will be uploaded to the Liveable Streets website https://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/lgnl/community_and_living/Liveable_Streets.aspx Your videos must be no longer than 30 seconds. Please send all videos to admin@virginia.towerhamlets.sch.uk by Wednesday 27th May
When we've talked about kindness before, we've talked about showing respect too.
Watch our video below to remind yourself. Can you join in with the chorus?
