Family Time activities can be anything from completing a puzzle, baking a cake, having a circle time together, debating a topic or just general play. We encourage this if you have time to do so. It may be a nice way to connect as a family and take a break from the worries of the world. Physical Activity is also really important for your mental and physical well-being. There are lots of things you can do at home. There are many YouTube PE lessons etc to follow. A walk is suggested and encouraged but parents this is ultimately your decision. |
