How meditation could help you!
Meditation can help us to quieten down these thoughts that make us not feel so good. It can make you feel calm and peaceful which is great for your mind and allows you to have a better day!
You can meditate in lots of different ways - It might feel quite weird at first but I am sure you will get the hang of it!
